The journal "Artificial Intelligence in Education and Learning" aims to bridge theoretical research and practical applications in the field of artificial intelligence and learning. Published by Ideh Pardazan-e-Masir-e-Fanavari (the technology unit of Allameh Tabataba'i University), the journal features original articles, empirical reports, case studies, and systematic reviews. Its scope encompasses all levels of education—from schooling to organizational and industrial learning—with a strong emphasis on interdisciplinary aspects, including cognitive science, instructional design, data science, and ethics.

The journal's primary mission is to promote applied research and document experiences of implementing AI in real-world educational settings—from classrooms to factories and organizations. By welcoming well-documented reports on challenges and even negative results, the journal seeks to draw a realistic picture of the capacities and limitations of artificial intelligence in education.

With the ever-increasing expansion of artificial intelligence applications in education and learning, the need for a scientific-applied journal that can serve as a bridge between theory and practice is felt more than ever. Most existing journals either focus solely on technical and algorithmic aspects or adopt a purely theoretical and pedagogical approach. The journal "Artificial Intelligence in Education and Learning," with its interdisciplinary and industry-oriented approach, provides a unique space for exchange among researchers, industry professionals, teachers, instructional designers, and policymakers.

With the vision of becoming a reputable scientific-applied reference in the field of artificial intelligence and learning at both national and international levels, through active presence in prestigious indices such as Scopus and Web of Science, and by contributing to educational policymaking and the development of learning technologies in Iran and the region, the journal has commenced publication with the following general objectives:

1. Promoting applied and interdisciplinary research in the field of artificial intelligence and learning.
2. Documenting experiences of implementing artificial intelligence in organizations, factories, schools, and educational institutions.
3. Strengthening the connection among academia, industry, and the educational system through the publication of applicable findings.
4. Enhancing AI literacy among teachers, instructors, instructional designers, and human resource managers.
5. Outlining the development vision of artificial intelligence in educational systems with a human-centered and ethics-oriented approach.

General Principles of Article Submission:

• The content of the article must be related to the scope of the journal.
• The article has not been submitted or published before.
• Authors are required to submit: Main Manuscript, Manuscript with authors' names, Commitment Form, and Conflicts of Interest Form.
• The main text should not exceed 6000 words.
• Articles with more than 15% similarity will not be accepted.
• All authors must have an ORCID code.

This journal is following the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). The authors should not falsify or fabricate data. The Journal has zero tolerance for plagiarism and meticulously studies each article. Similarity must be below 15%.
